Is Puzzitive really free?
Yes. The app is free to install and all 500+ curated 4K images are free to play, with no forced ads and no required subscription. AI image generation runs on credits: buy only what you use, or earn credits free by watching optional ads. There is also an optional subscription that removes ads entirely — it is never required to play.
Does Puzzitive have ads?
There are no forced ads interrupting a puzzle. The only ads are ones you choose to watch to earn AI generation credits, and an optional subscription removes those too. You can play indefinitely without seeing a single ad.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Any puzzle you have already downloaded plays fully offline, including in airplane mode — download a few before a flight or a long drive. Only AI image generation needs a connection, because it runs on our servers.
How does AI image generation work?
Type any text prompt and the AI generates a unique 4K image in about 10–20 seconds. You can also give it one of your own photos as a reference and have it generate a new image based on that. Then apply any of 40+ art styles, or regenerate to refine the result until you are happy with it.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Pick any image from your gallery or take one in the app. Play it as it is, restyle it with any of the 40+ AI art styles, or use it as a reference for a brand-new AI-generated image.
Can I play without using AI at all?
Absolutely. 500+ hand-picked 4K images across 20+ categories are free to play and need no AI, no prompt and no credits. The AI features sit alongside the classic game — they are never in the way.
Is there a maximum piece count?
No piece-count paywall and no artificial ceiling. Choose anything from a 2-piece warm-up to a 1,000-piece marathon, on a phone or a tablet. Unlimited zoom and optional hints keep the largest puzzles comfortable on a small screen.
What quality are the images?
Every curated image and every AI-generated image is 4K. You can download the full-resolution file to your device or share it straight to social media from the app.
Who owns the images I generate?
You do. Anything you generate in Puzzitive is yours to download, share, print or reuse. We do not put a watermark on it and we do not take it away if you stop playing.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed to start playing. If you want your progress and generated images synced, you can sign in instantly with Google, Facebook or Apple — no email, username or password required.
Is Puzzitive good for adults and older players?
It is built for relaxed play: no timers, no leaderboards, no pressure. Start at a handful of large pieces, zoom in as far as you like, turn on hints when you want them, and switch to a night theme or a calmer board background. Everything works offline once downloaded.
What languages does the app support?
The app interface is available in 18 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Belarusian, Russian, Hebrew, Turkish, Ukrainian and Korean.
Is my data secure?
Your photos, generated images and progress are transferred over encrypted connections and stored securely. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are in our privacy policy.
How do I cancel a subscription or ask for a refund?
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends — deleting the app or your Puzzitive account does not cancel a subscription, only the store can. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, because they took the payment and we never see your card details. If you were charged and did not get what you paid for, write to us: we cannot issue a store refund ourselves, but we will help you sort it out and put right anything that was our fault.
