We aim to reply within two working days.
What to include
- Which app and which device you are using, and the app version from Settings.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- For anything about a purchase: the store you bought from and the date. Never send your card details — we cannot see them and we do not need them.
- For a report about an image or an ad: the reference shown next to it in the app.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account, and everything in it, at puzzitive.com/account or in the app at Settings → Delete account. To ask for a copy of your data, or to correct it, write to us at the address above.
